CANCELLATION POLICY
• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions! When paying your deposit, you’re agreeing to show up to your appointment. • Booking fee is 50% of your service. Remaining balance is due at your appointment. • Any last minute cancellations or no-show's will result in you loosing your deposit. • If needed, please reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment, failure to do so will require a new deposit. • DO NOT come in sick, I will cancel your appointment. LATE POLICY: • If you are running late please message me! • If you are late 10 minutes, your appointment time will be shortened (Full amount will still be charged). • Being late more than 15 minutes will cause you to loose your appointment and you will be loose your deposit. A new deposit will be needed for a new appointment. •If you choose to cancel last minute, your deposit will be forfeited.
